- Built an MD Connect Tracker that gave leadership real-time visibility into 73+ Managing Director relationships, transitions, and engagement.
- Launched a digital Overtime Tracker that simplified bi-monthly OT reporting for a team of Executive Assistants — complete with SOPs and automated reminders.
- Standardized EA-to-EA transitions, reducing onboarding friction, protecting MD continuity, and giving incoming EAs a clear, supported path forward.
